SHIPPING
All product normally ships within 72 hours of purchase. Domestic orders are estimated to be delivered within 1-2 weeks of order date. We do not having a shipping fulfillment team, so please be patient on receiving your order. We are doing our best!
Please make sure shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders are processed automatically and changes can not be made once your package has left our facility.
On occasion, some 1 of 1 product will be made-to-order by hand. This process may take up to 8 weeks. This timing accounts for design, production, quality control, and shipment.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. STOIC YEARS has no control over these charges, nor can STOIC YEARS predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RETURNS
All sales are final. If you have received the wrong product, we will process a return for exchange only. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, we will process this return if the applicable size is available.
Due to the small scale of our emerging business and limited capabilities, STOIC YEARS is dismissed from liability of lost product and will not reimburse orders following shipment confirmation.

DAMAGES
Garment dye variance and natural aging methods give rise to small blemishes and distressed areas of wear, these do not constitute a garment as "defective". Please note garment care and wash instructions before wear.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the discrepancy.
